Qatari Afghan meeting negotiating the peace process

Qatari Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani met yesterday with Head of Afghan government negotiating team Mohammad Masoom Stanekzai.

During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments in the peace negotiations between the Afghan government and the Taliban and ways to ensure their success.

Mohammad Masoom Stanekzai extended the Afghan government’s thanks and appreciation to the State of Qatar for its great endeavors during the first round of negotiations.
